We do not collect or store customer data outside of the Amazon platform. The customer is subject to Amazon’s Terms and Conditions regarding fees, shipping, timelines, tax calculations or payment collection.

Shipping and Delivery. Products sold on Amazon by My Journey is Greatness, LLC is fulfilled by Amazon FBA Program and goverened by the terms of Amazon’s policies (including Amazon Prime if applicable). Any orders may be limited or cancelled at any time including after receipt of a confirmation or shipping email. My Journey is Greatness, LLC shall have no liability to the Buyer or any third party for such cancellation.

Refunds and Returns of Products. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of our products. Refunds and returns are governed in accordance with Amazon’s return policy who also handles all returns and customer service.

Disclaimers of Warranties. My Journey is Greatness, LLC does not make any representations or warranties about this Site or any website you may access through this Website. These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Pennsylvania.

Miscellaneous. You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without our express prior written consent. We will not be responsible for failure to fulfill any obligation due to causes beyond our control.
